Women's Self Defense

The topic of women's self defense is not a good one when it comes to crime and crime rates. Many women are skeptical when it comes to this particular types of situations. People tend to say this "This won't happen to me," or "that is only a small change," even "I do not live in that part of town."

 

At Rancho Cucamonga School of Self Defense we take even the smallest change one change to many. As many of you have questions how good is OC spray (Pepper Spray) or a Stun Gun (often confused with a taser)? Do I really need Hand to Hand Defense if I have these items?
